Yeah but there's only so much time in the day with all this raping and fire setting.Isn't four shootings in a week pretty low for a US city block?

Not sure what the average is across america, but going by the statistics for Seattle, you would expect 1-2 (1.5) shooting injuries per week, and a report of "shots fired" pretty much every day

Much more chance of getting caught if you leave the victim alive and if you're gonna pin someone down and shoot them in a racist attack you're going to prison for a long time.

It's more likely it was said *to* him, and the pause (coma) was left out when transcribed.
A simple punctuation error can change its meaning entirely.

Watching them try to roleplay as cops and nurses was hilarious, and calling other people "civilians" xD It was entertaining for a while anyway.
I even quoted the relevant parts, and you still couldn't grasp it.
The article's about a police free zone and you both immediate call it communist. (Then brand anyone flagging that mistake of yours as "leftist").

To my shame I've never read Animal Farm although I did know the general background to it. So I just read the synopsis on Wikipedia to improve my understanding. Based on that I have to agree it is a complete analogy for communism and how the CHAZ/CHOP is turning out.

How is chaz different from (obviously not communist) self-ruling Wild West towns with their own Sheriff and defense militia?
Only by shouting that they are "police-free zone", which directly translates to "come rob us, there will be no consequences"
Apart from that sheriffs in the Wild West were generally appointed by the AG or ran for office and were appointed after election within the population of those towns? Or that their job was to you know, uphold the law?
