Brilliant little gadgets, well worth it.

Where did you get these from please
Just checking, but you are doing all this with the props off, aren't you?
Good.
Have you calibrated the esc's? If not, do that first. Plenty of videos on how to do it via cleanflight on YouTube.
Set your minthrottle - again have a look on YouTube.
Set your mincommand to something like 990.
It sounds like two of the four esc's have their low set point too close to where your mincommand is set.
Three values:
Mincommand is the value the fc sends to the esc when it's armed but the throttle value is below mincheck. Mincheck is the value you set for the bottom of the throttle range. The throttle needs to be below this to arm the quad. This is to protect you from arming a quad with the throttle up. Minthrottle is the value the fc sends to the esc when the quad is armed and the throttle position is above mincheck. Ideally this needs to be calibrated so all motors spin up together.
All of these need to be set correctly and the esc's calibrated.
Weird. XM20s are a very good and very well known ESC, and I've never heard of it happening on those ESCs.
Does it still happen if you turn off oneshot? And are you using the twisted pair for the throttle signal? Some people get rid of the black wire, which you shouldn't as it protects against EMI.
I tried enabling one shot, it simply just does a beep every couple of seconds. Not the normal start up beep.
Nope, black wire all there, I just swapped over wires on the Naze, can 100% confirm it's only channels 1 and 2 that are doing it. So doesn't matter on motor, it's the signal channels 1 and 2. The only things I've done today is solder up the remaining pins for the PPM channel for the FrSky receiver and the pins for the buzzer and telemetry. I plugged the buzzer in to test, it buzzed. Wouldn't stop pulse buzzing until I removed it, assumed this was just due to not being calibrated...
One thing I also did was update the firmware from 14.6 to 14.8. Might go back to see if it helps - Nope, didn't help.
So yea. Either I've cocked something up or something isn't right.
Just been watching that, he's done a good job there, no focusing issues.
Will be a few months before anyone gets one judging by the DJI forums. People on there are going into meltdown, spitting dummies, threatening to cancel, official action against DJI etc.
I received an email (today) and an update on my account apologising for delay, they've obviously been caught out with their estimations on how popular it is and by how many people have pre-ordered. Not being able to fulfill the orders as predicted has really riled people up the wrong way.
If it's only channels 1 and 2, try altering the motor mix to move those to outputs 5 and 6.
Video guide (same for Cleanflight)
It's been the same with every DJI launch as far back as I can remember. The Inspire was especially bad with a 2-month delay on shipments. I think they do it on purpose.
There's no money in faking an already cheap radio. £150 is cheap btw. Even at £190, it's still good value.
The last radio I bought for my helis is now £600 post Brexit. Fortunately I bought mine in February for £444.
For someone starting out in this hobby, it's an expense, along side the FPV goggles which I'll be getting in a few months, it's costlyBUT, an investment, I know this.
