My Bitfenix Prodigy Water Cooled build....

Its just not too keen on bending much to be honest which could be an issue in a small case like this.

Saying that you could get smaller that may bend, but may be more prone to kinking.

I'll hopefully get it finished tonight. I suppose if I used some 45 degree bends etc it would help a bit more. I could go with another 90deg bend, but I'm too impatient to wait on one coming!!

Had to re-route all the hosing as the connector in the above picture was actually blocking off the power connectors!!! Doh!!

It now looks like this...

Changed hosing with an extra bit of fitting slid over the hose to stop it kinking. :)

I'll leave it like that over night. The pump is super quiet!! Silent on setting 1. I'll leave mine on 3 and see how it goes. My PSU is louder than the pump.

Did have a scare though as the back of the pump wasn't fully tightened. It was leaking a lot of water!! Tightened it and seems fine. Could have been a lot worse! Obviously a bit loose from factory! :/

Very nicely done

Also good to see some pictures on the XSPC GTX670 block from a few angles (after them myself)

Not easy in such a small case!!! Lol next to get the bitfenix recon all wired up. I have some red due on order, but might leave it until I eventually cut a window.

I was looking to put the res on the same side as the graphics card, but it wouldn't work due to the optical bay cage being in the way.

One point... If I was doing this again I would use better quality fittings. I used OCUK Value fittings and you can tell they are value. Not the best quality - but hey... they got the job done!

Fittings were all flaking/peeling...

Note -

I had to leave the front audio disconnected as I would usually gain access by removing the graphics card to plug it in - which I didn't want to do.

The noisiest thing now is my icybox raid hard drive enclosure. That doesn't even have a fan it's just the HDs I can hear!! lol

Reference the recon fan controller....

I couldn't get it to work properly without the temp sensors plugged in. Although I'm not using these - I've just bunged them all out of the way.

I also couldn't get it to work with the software side of things - not a big deal as I'm simply controlling it manually. Reasonable peice of kit.

Not hard, fiddly at times.

Personally I would go with barbs as its way awkward trying to tighten compression fittings in this case.

Whenever i have to drain it I'll change to 1/2" barbs and 7/16 hosing for a nice tight fit.

I also just had enough hose with 2 metres as you'll no doubt cut a section then change something.

Good luck!
