So I got a reply from EK.

Gregor has sent me the RMA number and answered most of my questions as well!
I am going to get an EN plated block and I do not have to send the jet plates!(I asked if I can keep them ;))

All packed up and ready to be posted.

Ahhh I remember seeing this now :)
So I take it that you have not send it yet?

I posted my cpu block yesterday. Sent them a pic of the receipt as well , asking for a refund for the postage :)

The E-tailor stated they'd shipped my blocks off on Friday.
Impossible, the stock allocation never reflected this.

They've now sent me tracking that only states ;

The sender has advised us that item JW018086395GB will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2011-08-30.

Bunch of jokers.

And feels good to finally update this thread.

I've had shipping like that before, i think some retailers notify the post office that items will be entering their system shortly. Hope that's the case with your order.

The tracking didn't bring up anything yesterday.
And their stock allocation didn't change accordingly.

I do hope that it comes today.
They said it was due yesterday/today.
