Flying along today

Some bits removed from the engine! No prisoners today, the grinder is out!

Bare engine

Turbo now fitted

Estimated start time 6pm!

Working in the rain too

Did my engine change in a torrential downpour, lying under the car in a river of car fluids wasnt nice, get it back in the garage!

Engine is now ready to be taken into the garage, some "heavies" on the way to help me lift it as I cant move the golf and get it in on the crane!

It's pouring it down here, I'm soaked.

Vids will be a luxury as tonyyeb mentioned!

I'm taking my time with everything today, everything is being doubled checked, I havent got any time left to do things twice!

Let's say 7pm to be safe!!

Need to chase some parts up now that were supposed to arrive this morning.....
