You quoted the entire post yet managed to not answer a single question. That takes some doing! :D
lol ok well to answer your first question, have it with water instead of milk, which will solve your problem, and is also better as its faster absorbing

for your second, i dont know how much a spoon holds as i use a scoop, 50g of whey should be fine

Rich, have it with water from the tap in the wash room after your workout. its absorbed much faster in water which is what you want directly after a workout.
as for your 2nd question, i think 5 heaped tablespoons will be somewhere between 50 and 60g of protien, do you really need this much? how heavy are you? if you are 250lb or more then fair enough, 50g at this point would be good, but if you are smaller, this single serving could be anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 f your daily allowance (couple this with 30g before your workout and thats a lot of powder protein for a small person).

having said that, i generally have near on 60g post workout, but then im 19stone!

Not bad stuff at all is it. I've had my fair share of experiences where I haven't shaken the "shaker" just out of sheer forgetfulness and taken a mouthful of minging half mixed lumpy protein. Lesson here is, always remember to stir OR shake sufficiently :p

The lumps *cringes* NOT THE LUMPS!

Take around 40-50g after your workout. If you have it in the mornings/evenings take around 20-30g is what I would suggest.

Aghh I haven't got any kitchen scales... can you please tell me approximately one normal sized spoon carries in grams of proptein powder? A spoon roughly this size... not a teaspoon but not a table sopoon... sort of a regular medium spoon. lol

Yeah just make sure you dont buy the small one :D

or, buy the small one and the large one, then you have large for protein and small for creatine and other small dosage sups :]

I got some Taurine and Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL from MyProtein, been taking them for about 2 weeks and getting back into my routine, cant believe the gains i'm getting! Havn't done much bench for a while but today I got my 1RM up from 70Kg last time I had a good routine going to 77.5 today! Hav't tried doing a 1RM for a while too. Not sure if the Creatine/ Taurine was involved though. Also my recovery is so much better, never get any aches or pains anymore after the gym. Also I look bigger but I think it might just be water retention.

CEE tastes rank, Taurine doesn't taste of anything (mixed with Pineapple juice).

It does give you a nice pump and adds a little endurance but nothing in the terms of gains. Also tastes quite nasty and not too far off CEE.

I bought 100g just out of curiosity, much like you are I suppose, I won't be buying it again.
