Generally the whole UI experience is quite aweful imo. Its my first 'smart phone' (oh the irony)
Strangely the guys in the O2 shop told me I had to keep hold of the sim card (fair enough), the battery and the phone's battery cover while it was being repaired - why??

How do you install the software? Total noob here, is it a case of sticking all the files on the card and running it in the phone?
