US: Narcos

Best TV show I've watched in a while. I wasn't sure I'd like it but binge-watched the majority of the season on the weekend :D

Can't wait for season two.
 
Just started this last night. Episode 1 was fantastic, looking forward to watching the second one tonight.

Despite 60 to 70% of it being subtitled.....it did not detract from the story at all!

I hope the remainder of the season maintains the quality of the first episode.

Don't worry, it's fantastic.
 
Just started this last night.

Not sure what i was expecting really especially with the forced subs. But it held my attention and i ploughed through 2 eps, will try and get 2 more in tonight.
 
Well finished all 10 eps the other night, can say it's a fantastic show.

With less than 3 weeks until the release of presumably the final season.

What seems to be a common opinion online of what to expect with season 2, is that they'll potentially drag out the last 18-24 months of his life in a whole season. When you compare that with season 1 covering around 20 years of his criminal life.


In my opinion i think they could have easily split the first season into two, and gone into much more detail. Without ruining it for those who have yet to see it, there are a lot of "large" events, where they're pretty much over in half an episode.

Not really as they can move on to the drug lords that replaced him. Maybe cover the drug wars in Mexico?
