Need £1100 Max Spec

You need to install the gpu or plug the monitor into the motherboard to view any possible error messages that may appear.

CPU FAN1 for your water cooling fan (4 pin), POWER SYS FAN for your pump (3 pin)

Don't forget your thermal paste on the cpu plate (maybe your water cooling heatsink plate had pre-applied of paste already)

with this cooler, the fan attached to case has one wire, and the waterblock thing on the processor has 2 wire.

i checked youtube video and the guy says that the fan wire connects to one of the wire from waterblock and then he says the other wire from waterblock connects to cpu fan power slot of mobo? :S

edit: can i post youtube link?

The pump by the heatsink should be plug into POWER FAN (3 pin) never put in the CPU FAN1 (because it will be auto speed varies) the fan behind your radiator should be on your CPU FAN1 ! The power 3 pin will be full speed at all times for your pump !

I never seen anything like that before two wires from fan and pump plug together and plug into cpu fan sound a bad idea to me! Corsair H50 fan go to CPU, Pump go to POWER

The pump assembly has the flying lead in which the fan plugs into, then the main lead from the cooler / pump assembly plugs into the motherboard header. You could plug into the cpu header but you would need to disable any fan contriol options in the bios for the cpu socket.

I don't like this idea to be honest!

the two wires.....just plug the fan into CPU only and put the pump wire into the POWER!

Majority of builds I have done the cpu fan header has the speed control disabled so the header always supplies 12v.

For the time being plug the pump into the psu header and plugging the fan into the cpu header would also stop the fan error message on start-up.
