depend on your room temperature! and yes because the fan maybe set on disabled speed mode on the bios, might hear the fan loud. That's why I prefer the pump wire go to the POWER 3 pin and the fan go to the CPU1 4 pin , so u can set it to AUTO to reduce speed of fan. But you cannot do it for the pump or it will end up getting too hot on the pump.
That's great. Don't worry about overclocking (not now) do it when you learn more of your pc first! 30C seem bit high on stock speed on idle. Mine i7 2600K at 3.40GHz stock speed only read 19C on the cpu. Sound like not reseated proper even 30C with your full loud fan is on?
What is your room temperature ? Is the central heating turned off and kept the pc away from the central heating.
if each cores is 25C with 1400RPM, mine is about the same temp all cores 22C to 26C but only @ 800RPM (Auto fan on CPU1 FAN) can you try put pump wire into POWER fan (3 pin) and put your cooling rear exhaust fan into CPU1 (4 pin) and go to Bios and change it to AUTO (for cpu fan speed mode) it should reduce to around 800RPM and check temp again.
Yes it better that way, so u won't be hear any more noisy fan (don't want that full speed at all times! that's the trouble with both the pump and fan cannot set on AUTO because of the pump (need to be on full speed at all times to cool down the cpu chip and the water flow around the tubes to the 120mm radiator)
the fan wire will not reach, i can't put it into the cpu fan 1 slot...
the fan and radiator are completely quiet, its the waterblock thats making the noise, its like water bubbling or something, like quiet clicking etc... weirdd, i don't know what to do :|
yeah it the same as Corsair H50 pump make a humming noisy, very annoying. The best air cooler is Thermalright Silver Arrow or Noctua D14 but Silver Arrow will be lots better because it doesn't block the ram slots. I am going to change mine tomorrow from Corsair H50 to Thermalight Silver Arrow. It will be lots better than H50 pump noisy!
