Need for Speed Carbon

I just did 100% career :p Wasn't hard at all, thought MW was harder. I did all the races that unlocked components first then bought the Gallardo with a few upgrades and used that to unlock the Mercialago (sp) and maxed that out :D

Was so easy after that, even managed to overtake Darius on the canyon duel.
 
did the whole game first time with just an r32. now trying it with the subaru, i think this is the dark horse this time round its WAY faster than all the other cars. i leave that audi darius has for dead on the straights?

edit: except for the starting rx8 obviously
 
Yea i think its a great game, Been playing it quite a lot. Still to figure out how the car unlock system works, i.e If i decide to pick tuner at the start will this only enable me to unlock tuner cars like Evo's, Skyline's etc and nothing like the CCX etc

add them to friends list, set up a custom match, open friends list and right click a buddy, select invite and tadaaa!

edit: btw your friend will receive a popup use M for messages and make sure you have auto login selected for ease, the servers can be a little...off so to speak, im sure you know what i mean :(

Does anyone know if it is possible at the end to unlock all the cars. Like in most wanted by the end you have all the cars all the way to the Carrera GT. Does that work for carbon? I just have this feeling that becuase there is 3 choices of Tuner,Muscle and exotic, When you choose one of them you can only unlock certain cars, Does anyone know if this is true
 
just got the game today, my system is incapable of running it smoothly, so choppy its unplayable, seems to run about 3 frames per second. but tray tool says around 55-60 average.
anyone else have issues like this?
running an x1900xt with cat 6.10 and an opteron 170, does it regardless of overclock
 
Im may be going to order the Collectors Edition. Can anybody tell me what the additional cars are?

They didnt even reply to my email I sent them 2 days ago :(

I emailed them about the freezing problem when i try to quit.

edit: take that back, got email them saying it's my dual core :o telling me to install driver but i already have em.

using an x1900xt here oc'd with 6.9's, I have 30+ fps always @ 1680x1050 reso full eye candy, so somethings defo wrong, tried a reinstall?
 
Just tried to do the last boss battle against daruis in *** town and im sure the p**** is cheating 2nd lap i was at least 5-8 seconds ahead with about 3 corners left when all of a sudden his orange blip is right behind me, then he won by 5 seconds, if that aint cheating what is? stupid AI
 
These newer need for speed games have this stupid catch-up feature. You can never have a great advantage. It's always in your face and blatantly false. I hate it.

I should have the game tomorrow however. My favourite was NFS: Road Challenge and Porshe Unleashed. They were great. Now it's all commercial ****
 
Damn thing keeps crashing :mad: . Randomly in a race or customizing, random crash to desktop, but hey whats new its EA their games all crash to desktop lol.

EA Games...Crash everything.

Should be their new logo.
