agreed on the no nitrous idea. Basically means that you get one crack at a top lap per 5 minute session which is a bit crap. You can always restart but then you waste your first lap warming the tyres due to the patch bug with the timer.

No need to apologise to me zytok mate. I came third last week so didn't get to pick this car/track combo.
It's only going to get more difficult to select good combos if we keep selecting NEW cars & tracks cos all the good one's have been used already (tracks I mean i.e. Laguna Seca). Maybe we can re-visit old ground.
I select a track first then the car to suit aggressive & precision driving styles. e.g. Willow Springs GP is twisty, undulates & has bumps to keep concentration levels up. I chose the GT-R cos it has immense grip so the more aggressive drivers amongst you can compete. Now someone mentioned, Wedge I think, that the car had too much grip, I totally agree, I was just trying to please as many as possible. My personnel choice would have been the Ford GT, ALL power no grip comparatively.
Can everybody post what Level your at in-game please. The reason I ask is at Level's 10, 20 ,30, 40 & 50 the game rewards you with a Gift car. The beauty of these cars is you CANNOT TUNE THEM. Just get in the car & go, then we'll find out which drivers have raw pace

Nikaz i am at level 43 haven't even looked at the reward cars yet completely forgot about them have to check em out i think.

Also where are these unlockable cars you mention? I'm level 50 and I can't see any new cars

Oops. Forgot about Spa. Love that track. It's long though so you'll probably only get one flying lap in the 5.00 mins though. The first laps wasted with the patch.
Select Time Attack and at the car select screen select 'Reward Cars' - Right shoulder button on xbox pad - 9 on keyboard.
I feel your pain. Their not available in career mode, only quick race I'm afraid. Not sure about online.you don't appear to be able to use the cars in career mode?
Been installing windows 7 all day. Just now finished transfering and downloading everything 
Must say so far im really liking it..

Just did my best time and i think I'll leave it at that.
Can everybody check if you can choose the following car from the 'Loaner Cars' select screen (See below for instructions on where to find this car). Apparently it's available from the start of the game.
Maserati MC12 GT1
*** For those that don't know where these reward /gift cars are located ***
Select Quick Race (as usual)
Select Time Attack (Doesn't matter what track)
Press right shoulder button on xbox pad/ 9 on keyboard to access 'Reward Cars' and again to access 'Loaner Cars' where you'll find the MC12 at the far right.
