^ Need for Speed Shift ^

Yes and get one definatley!

Nice Lotus vid above.

I really really hate the fact that the ingame wheel doesn't turn pretty much at all when your going round bends :(

This is something really basic that should have been sorted from day 1 of testing.

fancy letting me *ahem* test drive one first lol :p

whats the quickest time people are getting around the ring?

i lapped 6 minutes 59seconds today online... people were quite complimentary but it was in no way a flawless lap!

I'm getting myself one for sure! Bought the game today, and it's fun ^^ But I bet a G25 will own a keyboard anyday for it ^^

Is it quite easy to get used to. Playing on the G25 I mean.

ive played mine for a total of 6 hours now... i feel i'm now very comfortable with it... adjust the force feedback to suite your preferences and get used to feel of it and you're set... its pricey but im loving it (got it 2-3 days ago)

Do you have to use the clutch to change gears in manual? Or is there a semi-manual and just change the gears without the clutch that way? :p I suppose I could just use the clutch...

ive not used it on manual in shift 2bh... in Live For Speed you do yes.

If you dont push the clutch down and you move it into a different gear then it just doesnt recognise it (goes into neutral)... once you depress the clutch sufficiently it accepts your gear selection!

not sure what NFS does... or if it supports sequential or what... game seemed to recognise the wheel so i would assume its fully compatible.

Yeah, I was going to ask that also? Can you just use the paddle shifters to shift the gears, and you're set?

Sounds nice man. I'm tempted to order mine for delivery on Wed (not at home Sat-Tues).

it has three modes, paddle flippers, stick sequential shift and stick gated 6 speed manual. most sims/games let you choose to have an auto clutch or use the clutch pedal, or both :)

if the wheel feels too sensitive just reduce the sensitivety in which ever game you're running, and/or increasing the rotation in the control panel, i find 360 degrees is plenty.

Nicely. I think I will just bite the bullet and buy it now. Sounds too good tbh. I have heard amazing things about it. And for this, I bet it will make it more amazing =D

Grid does look nicer imo.

If there was someway to get aa transparency supersampling to work (doesnt with latest drivers in nfs shift with nvidia panel) then it might improve image quality i.e no white specs and jaggies.

Loving my audi rs4 at the moment just finished racing online with it and then went for a stroll around the ring

I'm finding this game reasonably hard even with a xbox 360 controller, the corners are hard because theres little analogue steering even with a controller
