not read whole post yet but from this pic I can tell ya now the seprate 2 pin thats going into the gpu aint plugged all the way in

I hadnt noticed that but the gpu was taken out and put back un a few times, on that occasion it.dies look like i hadnt pushed them all the way in. After OC tested everything the GPU and motherboard were both faulty. All sorted now thankfully
