Netflix here we go again.

How does Prime compare these days? 4 quid less, 4k as standard, free delivery. Anyone switched and find it good enough?
It's pretty good, as above you have to pay extra to remove ads. Prime Original stuff can sometimes be a bit hit-or-miss but they do seem to get newer films in more often and more quickly than Netflix.

@Zatoichi.uK , when I said it sucks, it’s just a few things I dislike, such as having to pay to remove ads and that it’s a separate subscription, the video app is badly designed as well. It does have few decent movies pop up every so often though, and the delivery side of things has always been good for me, I’ve not subbed to it in a while though.

The ads thing certainly does blow goats but in most cases it's just several seconds of the prime logo rotating for several seconds. I'm less bitter as I blagged it for 50 sheets yearly via a student discount though. Next day delivery is a plus.

Think I'll cancel once I've finished Yellowstone (which is genuinely the first thing I've got excited about being on netflix in years!). I spend more time watching stuff on YouTube than I do netflix so if one sub has to go out the two it's Netflix. Greedy swines...

Price rises and a few good shows split across 4-5 platforms.

Feels like the golden age of streaming has well and truely ended.

I subbed to Paramount + recently to watch Yellowstone and what I thought at the time a show called Evil, after subbing I found out the latter was regional and not on the UK service despite being on the Paramount network.
Absolute crap!
