Those settings also depends on particular configurations. Leave yours as it is, make a note of those values above, and ask the overclocking & cooling section. Plenty have OC 2500K on worse boards. I would aim at 4.2GHz for a nice and easy step, with very conservative voltages and temps. That's what I'd want personally. I don't see any point going any higher, unless for fun / showing off. 4.2, 4.4 is a sweet spot for 2500K, where you get a good OC (30% overclock), for very few risks.
You can theoretically go 50% OC on air (over 4.8GHz), but really that's just better left for pros who don't mind playing around with expensive gear. You wouldn't take you nice Nissan Skyline GT-R to a track day unless you knew what you were doing
