New essential Android apps thread

Any recommendations for good budgeting/expense tracking apps? Recently started a new job which means I'm finally earning somewhat decent money but I'd quite like to keep track of how much I'm earning and spending so I know how much I've got to actually play with.
 
Textra is now looking for payment to continue use. To be fair it's been great since I started using it - anyone have any other text apps to consider before paying for Textra. It's only 61p so will almost certainly just purchase it anyway.

im in the same boat mate, been using for ages and its been spot on. ive not had the actual payment message yet but had the one warning me yesterday.
 
61p, it's criminal not to pay that for it tbh. I've only started using it but QKSMS is another option, though Textra is just way better than anything else I've seen to date.

I will almost certainly pay for it - however I've used nothing else since day 1 and just thinking/looking for anything else. Can't fault it to be honest!
 
I've been on textra for 18 months, before that I was on GoSMS and that got bloated and crap over time.

Will pay for Textra as it's great, though not had the pop up. Maybe 'cos I use Adaway.
 
After reading this thread I downloaded Textra, and I'm really liking it. I was just wondering if the MMS it sends just go through data like they would with WhatsApp or if they are just standard MMS? Also I downloaded CM browser this morning and so far it's got to be up there with my favourite browsers of all time, seems so quick.
 
I've been using Textra for ages and am only too happy to pay for it. I can't imagine going back to Hangouts! :eek:

Anyone else here use Telegram? I've ditched WhatsApp for it now as it's just so much more fluid.
