Seems like google are blocking any and everything that is even slightly offensive i.e. "HA! GAAAAAAAAY" GIF meme i.e. nothing come up except all this pride stuff.

Turn off filtering, if that doesnt work then its your network provider doing it.

Checked my google keyboard settings and google settings, can't see any safe search etc. enabled. Got a screenshot to show where this setting might be?

My network is 3.

It's network related. Try another browser. If so phone 3 and ask them to turn it off.

What do people use as a To Do app? I often use Trello, but it doesn't do well with notifications I don't think?

Personally I just use Google Keep and Google Calendar.

Just tried it, getting the same results as you. But adding extra y's on the search brings up the correct GIF.
