Can anyone suggest me an app to do simple transfer of files (photo/video) from phone to PC? The HTC software is awful and I hate using it.

Androids use the USB-MTP system - windows will do it for you if you ask.

Another vote for Clean Master. The first time I used it I got rid of 2.93Gb of useless junk. Very impressive.

Aside from freeing space, clearing the cache will probably slow down your device..

Wonder if it (or any other app) can remove junk left behind by previously-uninstalled apps. One of the things I find annoying is that deleted apps will leave behind old files, folders etc. It should really be part of the uninstall process that anything created is removed. Bad enough having to deal with that sort of thing on my PC, let alone my phone too.
