That did it. Had to use an otg cable since it won't backup to internal memory

Update: just finished restoring my backups. All my apps were back to default settings. Looks like it didn't save app data :(

Yeah to SD card or USB via OTG is fine. I then just sync my SD card to the PC so I've essentially got a double backup.

Personally don't like this move. I find the rest of the CM apps a bit... bloated. Granted Clean Master can be handy but there's something about it that puts me off. Guess I'll start looking for an alternative gallery app.

You can simply install the modified and re-signed QuickPic app via XDA. I've been using it ever since Cheetah took over. No issues, everything works exactly as it should.

Same. I can't find anything to better QP right now. Only real issue I have with it is that it fails to show my dropbox folder when I add my account. Other then that it functions brilliantly.

I'm sure it helps, over the 24mths i've used it i have earned £20.

My Mrs who's had it a couple weeks is already up to over £5 because she is always going into town.

She gets around 1-2 surveys a day.
 
is there a calendar app that syncs with google calendar that allows me to create appointments when i've no signal?

i ****ing hate when android lies like a little **** tells me i have signal until i go to do something with it then i discover I've got none, then i finally find some , i get a phone call, someone wants to book with us so i go to the google calendar app and make a booking and it doesn't save, in fact it does nothing all because of poor signal. disappears into oblivion and unless i double check the appointment has gone through i'd never know. If it wasn't for swiftkey remembering what i've just typed i'd be royally ******.

is there a way in google photos to see just photos on device and by folder just as quickpic does? I sometimes want to show people a photo so hand them the device, and don't have the confidence to hand them it with google photos up as they'd have access to every photo i've ever taken and i'm sure i don't have to explain why that might be dangerous. quickpic at least i control only the photos i need on my device and delete when i don't need them any more while google photos backs them up for access later

Take screenshot, use Imgur app to upload (although I use Opengur instead), get the direct link (the one that ends in .jpg or .png) and then add the bb codes to the link like so:

I save mine up for as long as I can and spend it on things I wouldn't use 'real' money for. Things like premium app features that should already be there or themes etc. It's even paid for a month of my Google Music sub. :D

I do find I have to open the Opinions app once every couple of days now or it won't update. It used to be almost unstoppable with one or two surveys every day. :confused:
