Badly designed main store page and now the forums! :p

And yes as others have said this will take some getting used to, it's very blocky
 
Dear god the boxes/shadows...

Also is it just me but on a 26" 1200p screen the default zoom has the text too small to be pleasant? Running at 125% and it's about right, maybe a bit too high.

Also, as someone who constantly selects text whilst reading is there a way to turn off the text selection quote/reply popup?

Some new features seem good, but the theme/layout is truly awful, please roll back to something akin to the old setup that was fine layout wise.

100ppp is absolutely relevant when the default is 20ppp and many users will have set 80ppp on the old forum, which never carried across.

I am not going on about it. I've made 3 posts on the topic and there wasn't a limit the last time I looked. I am also far from being the only person unhappy with this, so perhaps some perspective might help you.
 
It's not bad at all considering the size of the forums, a few cosmetic tweaks with the boxes and it will look fine. It's *much* better on mobile (Chrome on Android) where I would struggle to read some posts without zooming in.

what was wrong with the old forums? perfectly acceptable and easy to read - can we just go back to those? Something really ugly and hard to read about this one

Perspective? Constructive criticism is what we need not 3 posts of "Rarrghh I hate it. It's stupid" which help no one :)
 
I think it will be near perfect without the drop shadows and all the black and white borders and rubbish, its all too in your face and everything contrasts each other too much.

The post box could do with being white with black text too, not sure why it has been changed to black. :)
 
So how are we supposed to know which threads we have replied to as there are no little black spots anymore?
The New box on the top right corner of every post is on top of users text and blocking it.
The always there, reply box at the bottom of every thread is just terrible. The white on black text is awful.
Really, really hate this new forum.

You talking about the main front page of the forums with the ocuk logo next to every forum topic section?

Having it pasted next to every topic looks a bit much personally.
