Does anyone have any thoughts on how easy it would be to remove the front door and/or the 2 front fan doors?

If you take out the 7 screws from the door you can take it off it's hinges then they unscrew from behind as well. I did test that.

As for the doors infront of the fans they would probably unclip if enough pressure was applied haven't tried that myself just in case they snapped but would probably be possible.

i mean totally remove the whole cage that the trays slide in/out of.
maybe remove rivets and take out cage, unless that is structural and holding up the dvd drive bays.

if it is pos then i would put my hdd in the place on a dvd drive.

Absolutely. I build my first custom build in this case. So easy to work with. Looks very well too. Would recommend.

Looks great that! Would be great for a home server.

Please note that there is no room for a 5,25-inch drive, we deliberately left this out since you don't generally use that in a NAS/Home Server environment, and it saved us a lot of space which we could use for fitting hard drives instead.

i want to build a normal pc in there with no cd drive look at all the netbooks and stuff that dnt have one and remove the spare hdd spaces and have better airflow and a awesome case for bigger heatsinks for overclocking in there

Yeh, mine fitted 5870 crossfire without a problem. You might want to make sure you'll have an extra slot between the cards for cooling though.
