When I boot from Samsung it just saying "loading operating system.." and doesn't go any further.

OEM but I got a Windows staff member to give me a new activation key a while back as i messed up an install of Windows 10. It may work.

It's going onto yet another system - it will recognise this - will require another call and will be a risk if OEM.

When you you did your recent re-install - how did you get your key?

I thought as long as Windows was tied to the MS account you were ok?

Was about a year and a half a go now, I tried doing a fresh install of Windows but messed it up somehow and had to get a new key, I can't remember exactly what I did now. To get the new key though I contacted Windows chat and they were very good at giving me a new one.

YOu are - but they usually expect you to have your key and recognise the device.

You've lost your key and updating your device - you should be OK - like i said i'm covering everything. Just want you to be sure of where you stand.
