chriscatt said:Hi, well looking at the pictures, the A10 has a seperate PSU/HD cage at the bottom and the S80 has that bulky extraction method at the rear.Might a choice of whatever turns you on...

Why not just remove the motherboard, like everyone else without a removable motherboard tray does?Flanno said:Because it's damn awkward to fit a Scythe or Tuniq without full access around the heatsink. Try getting your fingers into the top right corner to tighten up the thumbscrew on the tuniq while the tray is in the case and you will know what I mean.
Of course it will fit, its a big modern case. The issue is if it will allow you to remove the motherboard tray when fitted, but i don't see what the problem is if you can't. I've only heard of problems getting the tuniq to fit in much older smaller cases.Bananadude said:The A10B is 215mm wide (21.5cm) so it looks like the Tuniq should fit in there no problem. How fiddly it will be though is anybody's guess...

I have seen on one review they sayBananadude said:I'm not sure but I think it probably does. The S80 is categorised as a quiet case by Lian Li themselves, and is generally touted as such in reviews. However, I doubt there is MUCH difference between it and A10. I would like to see side by side comparison by someone who has put the same system in each. After all, it's obviously what goes in the case that determines the quiet level more than the case itself.
However I've never heard of that site before and they seem to give every case a glowing review so I'm not too sure about them!Going back to the door, it incorporates an identical sound-diminishing design to the previous Lian Li server chassis I reviewed, the PC-S80.
