I cannot see x10 going at once....6-7 tops.
A total rebuild is needed, so looking forward to TH cracking the whip and shoving a few straight outta the door :)

Greenwood
Pogba
Matic
Mata
Lingard
Cavani

Thats 6 that are basically guaranteed to leave.

You then have the likes of:

Henderson
Bailly
Jones
Ronaldo

Who will probably want to leave. You then have the likes of AwB, Telles, Dalot and Martial who will probably be moved on in the near future as well.

Thats quite the clearout.

Yeah there's no chance that many go I don't think....unless they are just going to ditch them all and fill up from the academy! No way they can get enough quality replacements in.

My fear is that Ronaldo and Pogba stay. The rest I am not so bothered about as they will either be dropped or got rid of quickly if they don't shape up.

Ronaldo is still quality when he is on song but I don't think he is what we need if we want to be building the foundations for a few years time and hes on massive wages. Pogba I fear won't get a better offer than what he has on the table from us and will just be a thorn in our side for another 4+ years. Depends who is calling the shots I guess. For all his faults, Pogba is still a massive marketing draw and people love to talk about him so it wouldn't surprise me if the high ups want him to stay.

Lingard and Pogba have to go or we're screwed.

If Pogba stays, he's finished as a "footballer" - He's done nothing at United (yes a poor side at the moment) - but he looks like a world beater for France everytime he plays...If he stays and signs a new contract, which I highly doubt he will, he's just doing it for the easy money.

Lingard had shown his quality at West Ham last season - looked great but has never really shown anything like that for United.

I don't see either staying put.....

Hes surrounded by better players and international football is far slower than the PL. Pogba also doesn't feel like such a big fish in a small pond with France so he doesn't **** around with the ball so much. Does my head in when tries to hold off 3 players in front of our back line, loses the ball and then ambles back to help defend. Just utterly selfish player. Far more concerned about stroking his own ego than helping the team.

What I've always found interesting is that we watch the games and come to these conclusions with no football experience at all. Surely the players watch themselves back with their coaches to discuss certain playing behaviours or mistakes yet they carry on repeating them so much it begins to define them.

If it was that simple then teams wouldn't be so erratic and players wouldn't make the same mistakes or be unable to fix glaring issues in their game. They would run more and work harder for the team.

There comes a point where players seem to be unwilling to take feedback and act on it. Its a complex issue but theres no way United are in the mess they are in if they are actually listening to their coaches.

No one is telling our players not to track runners or to jog back when they have lost their man and need to defend. These things are clear as day to everyone so there isn't a popsicles chance they are not being relayed to the players.

Player power is too high at United, they think they can do what they want (well, several of them anyway).
How long before they whinge about Ten Hagg and his training and tactics not been good enough or not getting the best out of them?
Laughable really, would never have happened in the Ferguson era as he would have exited them straight away lol

Well the hope is that a few of the bad eggs are leaving in the summer and the rest will fall in line or be culled.

Obviously there's the hope that some of them leave, but the remaining ones have the luxury of sitting around raking in cash because we could never off load them. Hopefully we can just get them out on loan with the receiving club paying part wages to lessen the impact.
