Im using the DFGT with WSP and it works fine with this game. Im so used to using a wheel for driving games that I struggle to use a standard controller for them now! Unfortunately there are no advanced settings for the wheel in the game unlike NFS Shift!
 
I won't be buying anything from Tesco again. I ordered this online last Saturday, it was dispatched Monday, it's now Thursday and I still don't have it. Also, they sent me an email earlier telling me that even though I ordered the limited edition they've actually sent me the standard edition but will supply me with the code to unlock the limited edition stuff. Not a huge issue but I'm annoyed with how long the game is taking to arrive. If I'd ordered from Amazon it would have been here with 2 working days with free delivery. :rolleyes:
 
Feeling for you, friend. Ordered from Tesco Direct a few days before you, which got dispatched on Friday morning, now it's Friday again, that's a whole week and still nothing. I'm quite frustrated too.

No wonder mine took so long to arrive, Tesco sent it 2nd class... :rolleyes:

Anyway, just completed the first race, managed to beat Skeeter and Neil but I'm guessing you guys haven't bothered replaying the early noob races. :D
 
I'm beyond terrible at this game, still figuring out the physics and every car I've tried so far feels different which is cool. I wish Tesco had been on time with my delivery, then I wouldn't be competing against much better cars online! Earlier I was racing in multiplayer, my selection was locked to the Jaguar XKR while everybody else was flying around in supercars, it didn't end well for me. :D

Loving the city, it feels like a mix between Paradise, the original Most Wanted and Underground. I don't think it has the character of Burnout Paradise though, but it's great nonetheless. I love the lens flare too!

Your single player points go towards your multiplayer unlocks so you can catch up pretty quickly, its a lot quicker getting points in single player than it is online. Add me if you want some races, just trying to do all the races in sp.
 
Noob question: Does your multiplayer car selection depend on your level, or does it depend on which cars you've discovered in single player via Jack Spots? Also I still find the term "Jack Spot" dodgy. :p
 
It seems to be based on your online speed points, rather than what you have in single player. Anything you steel using Car Jacker you keep though meaning you can pick up some fast cars early on.
 
Hmm. I've been through every car to check that I have competed in every event (making sure they all say Start as well as Set Destination) yet my stats still only show 57/61 events competed in? I wonder if there are some hidden events?
 
Ah speedlists. I found out that you can edit your own and I assume then select them when you are the server host. I imagine people are mainly using the defaults though as some of the challenges are just pants. I've created a few with just races.
