I am hoping Big Navi will compete and cause Nvidia to lower prices much like what happened with Intel when AMD launched Zen2
Real shame it didn't stop people from actually buying the 2080ti... nVidia basically got away with it

I don't think they'll be changing the naming scheme tbh. Hoping for a bigger leap than 20 series - 10 series, as my 1080ti is good enough that it doesn't make any of the 20 series a worthwhile upgrade.
I'll be going 980ti > 1080ti (current) > 3080/3080ti dependent on their pricing.
Would be nice to push some of my older AAA games to 240hz on this monitor.

I'm gonna hazard a guess and say they're prob selling up whilst the 2080 Ti holds value, before the Nvidia Ampere launch in the coming months.
Likely in the meantime using something a bit lower-mid end as a stop gap that won't plummet in price as much, so they can sell on again after buying the '3080 Ti' or equivalent.
Just as a bit of insider info on delivery dates for these....although OCUK may be different as I don't know where they get their stock from.
As I work in the IT industry on the supply chain side (I supply the MOD/large enterprise with IT kit)….ive just checked the confirmed delivery dates for the 32" into UK distribution...and they have the below confirmed delivery dates/qty from Samsung:

Any idea on the G9? OCUK said should be in next week but I was 11 days late to the pre-order and want a general idea on what batch I'll be getting mine from.
Just checked and the G9 is currently in stock with one of the UK Distis…..(they have 6 in stock)....so it looks like that stock is landing in the UK already.
Not sure if OCUK get them from Distitribution or directly sent to them...but doesnt look like the wait is long.
exactly the same as the 32’’, so same shipment by the looks of it and similar qtys.
