Out of curiosity what conditions do you get this under and what settings you using? I'll do some testing later but didn't notice this on my G7
 
So how can HDR+G-Sync Comp ever be on in games if it needs FreeSync 2?

I just remembered this when I had to disable Windows HDR to run the Nvidia Pendulum test as G-Sync OSD was missing.

TBH it looked basically the same with G-Sync on or off (I came from a Hardware G-Sync Module monitor), but I am sure it was not due to LFC as that supposedly is not working yet.

I tried every setting within the osd menu , also tried laptop connected via hdmi , tried another display port cable tried both display ports

The white flickering also happens towards the right doesn't have to be right at the edge say if I have web page open with some dark images , I'm pretty sure it's faulty
 
UPDATE:
I now see that someone asked him, the same question. And he did reply; after the latest nVidia driver HDR works with g-sync. Aweaome news

One youtuber that what he called a Review, said that HDR dont work with g-sync. Come on, that cant be true can it ?

Cool so wonder why they said it was only for the 27", they will have same hardware and I assumed it was so Windows could identify it as in the Device Manager there is some missing info in the Details boxes for current G7 driver.

FYI I have same range of 60-240hz on the 32" as the 27" not 80-240hz like some reviews claimed (again why would the 32" have less than the 27").


EDIT: Does not work on my 32" and I do not see how it works on the 27" but Nvidia have not stated what this driver changes for he 27".

They've now dropped estimates for the 32" to August 14th - September 19th on that other website, which may be a sign of things to come for the 27" too. Really sucks.

If that's the case I'll just cancel my order as I'm not trying to wait another month or two for something I can get right away from elsewhere
 
I'm still praying they're getting enough stock to ship my 27" g7. The returns processes for another retailer seems more simple than oc but i had the cheaper preorder price so need to wait n see. Getting impatient now haha.

The delivery estimate from that very large well known online retailer for the 27" has now slipped to 19th August - 18th September, just like for the 32". So they definitely had some in for next day delivery, but that stock has now run out and they're now stuck waiting a long time for more stock, just like OCUK.
