New Site Feedback

Anyone having trouble proceeding to payment?

Hi guy's just went to checkout and then proceed to payment and it sends me back to the checkout. Anyone else having the same issue?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but didn't know where else I could put it.

Just had one whereby when I've searched for something then going to the 'sort by' box when the page refreshes it says no results found

Nope, I'm getting the same thing, trying to order an SSD, click that I accept the T&C's and click "Proceed to Payment" and it throws me back into the T&C's screen.

Been trying since 11am.

I used to enjoy browsing the site, even when I don't need anything (but would often find something) :D

Now the site is not a 'browsable' site imho, it's a site to go to and search for a specific item.

Nobody likes change! I think it is for the best and it will grow on me. OcUK are an awesome company and lets see how it goes. Early days yet!
 
The site was better before apart from the navigation was a little cluttered at times but now it is pretty much awful to use and look at.

I think I would have preferred if the website was left as it was and the forum instead made more modern.

Your points are valid.

It does look more cluttered. That is true, but it may grow on you.

A more modern looking forum would be nice too

Getting this myself, so I change to pay via secure PAY (credit/debit card) and it then continued and worked.

So am guessing bug with Paypal checkout maybe.

The Ecommerce comes first, our old site though simple and easy to navigate was too dated and losing us market share as it lacked so much on the technical background stuff.

Already Caseking from launching their new website (same software) has seen large growth in B2C sales.

The site was launch midnight Saturday as Sunday is our lowest volume traffic day so ideal for putting the new site live to see how it goes without harming business too much.

We can now resolve the issues, improve optimisation and edit the way it looks and navigates if need be. A mobile version will come soon and then no doubt the forums will get an update. :)
