New Trainers

I don't know how old they are but sneakers fall apart with age if not worn regardless of whether they're new or not. Some of the most valuable ones in the world would also be unwearable now.

In other news, hit on the royal volt AM1 for Air Max day :)

I don't think they would be that old... 2018 at the oldest.

Mmm still 6 years, it really depends on how they're kept too. You can get very nerdy with it.

The pics come up so big it's hard to tell but it looks like the tongue has delaminated which I doubt is all that hard to provoke in something that would naturally become brittle over time without usage.

I have just got one of these very nice.

New outdoor trainers

Need some warm Weather trail trainers.

Amongst my latest pickups...

I hit on the military blue Jordan 4 shock drop.

The quality is AWFUL. Scratched/glue stains/actual stains etc.

Then today I got the supreme X Nike Darwin's in green. Spicy!

Got some new runners because they were cheap, were advertised for over-pronators, and good for wide feet.

Also got these as a gift from the other half:

I'm waiting for my other Air Max to wear out before I break these out.

Ah a trainer thread! I picked up these last month, cloudflow 4's for running and the cloud X3 AD's for casual/going out :)

On a separate note, anyone know of any reputable trainer repair places in London? Got a pair of Jordan 1 low's that burst on the side near the big toe separating the leather and rubber.

I use my mizuno wave rider with my flat as flat feet and they are great.
Really like hoka speed goat 5 too.

Can happily walk 10 miles with no issue in them.

My other trainers are more "fashion" and thus not used heavily.

Good choice, those cloud x 3 are awesome

My first pair of Asics. I have been looking for a pair of Asics that I actually think suit me for literally years, I like the concept of them but never really seen many that i'd wear, until now, in the clearance rack of all places too. $140 (about 70 quid)

Not sure if anyone has posted this… but today I discovered that there’s a place where I can take my trainers to be cleaned and fixed up… my jaw dropped with amazement.

They are based in Selfridges at the Trafford centre.

What are you getting done? Cleaning you can do yourself with their stuff pretty easily..

Repainting and resoling however.. not so easy
