Newbie needs new motherboard and case with psu

Your idle temps are fine - would be interesting to see your load temps.

And you can change your colour scheme at anytime...

Yes - your CPU Frequency will be jumping too if you look at the same time.

It's a power saving feature - the CPU downclocks when idle, as does the voltage.

Additional - what are the values under the 'Memory' tab?

Could you list the values starting with the DRAM Frequency.

(We won't touch any settings for now - if your memory's not running at full speed - but interested to know what it's defaulted to set at auto with the F4 BIOS. But you will have the option to try and increase the speed when you're fully up and running and happy the system is stable.)
 
On the side of the case I have 2 usb 3 ports.my Wi-Fi mouse and keyboard don't work plugged into them.They are not usb 3 is that the reason why.Can I change something to make them work.some people say usb 3 is back ward compatatable. Ta.

USB 3 is backward compatible - have you connected the case USB cable onto the USB 3 header on the motherboard. They wont work otherwise.

The same will apply for the audio in/out 2.5mm too.
