News on the new Lian Li's

yeah i have seen them :) if they look even nicer in the flesh then that will be amazing :D
still might save money and go for the PC7+ though as its not ugly and im sure definately looks better in the flesh... hmmm.

is the room and cooling in the PC7+ gonna be good enough for a high end OCd Opteron dual core and a 1900xt and such like... would be looking to put a scythe ninja on the cpu... its quite tall though so the case needs to be decently wide.

on another note.. why did coolermaster stop making the ATCS line of cases? they still look absolutely stunning.
 
They cost to much to make, not enough profit in them!

They fetch £100+ for almost every model second hand to this day!

Its a shame that they discontinued them, cracking cases and not even the V series touches them for quality.

couldnt they just charge another £10 or summit per case? i mean really, they look the nuts.
Was browsing some sites the other day and im sure i saw a case like the 110 (i think it is) used by a custom oem place, looked again where i thought it was but cant find it anywhere :( wish id saved the site now.
 
They are phasing out the 'carbon-fibre' plastic strips though on the new style cases.

That new S80 looks promising as a 70/71 replacement, though the airflow flash animation for the airflow seems a tad unusual.
 
^ agreed, WTF?! is going on with the cooling flow of that case, i'd have to see more of the case to even attempt to understand that :confused:

looks pretty snazzy though :D

and the 201, finally a full tower case that i actually like the looks of!

The airflow on the S80 sorta makes sense to me!

In from the side, round back of motherboard, round front and then up and out.

There also seems to be a load of filtering for the air at the back V series style, so one of them at the back may very well be a intake.

Confusing, would need to see the case in person to make sense of it I agree!
 
:D I got the G70 (fully modded) - its a great case!

The case is Anodised copper with the insides being powder coated- big respect to Mr Stanbridge for the anodising ;)

and its also been laser cut to boot - i will get some better pics at some point for you guys
 
Wow so your the lucky person who got that G70 :D

I prefer the plain side panels though; just my case.

You could post thoose pictures in the case gallery, would be nice :)

I like the v300. Any news on when are coming out? I would definatly look into buying one, after seeing some better pics etc. They do look different. Love the option of the optical drives on the sides. Ideal for me, as the case sits on my desk. Not so good for cases in confined spaces though.
 
To the side of my desk under my printer it would be ideal :)

No idea on the release date, they will just appear now haha, best I can say as Lian Li are not one for release dates, more of, when its ready from there past ones.
