We used to rotate captain at my team when playing for the Under 9's so everyone got a go.....The England team act like Under 9's so maybe if we employ that tactic it might actually work? I like your thinking acron.

I'd start the campaign by print screening your Football Manager 20XX statistics if i were you.
It's an absolute awful idea.How come? I didn't realise there was a rule against it (no sarcasm intended) plus that would go against picking in form players, if your captain is in dreadful form he shouldn't get near the team
Can't they just get a manager that has actually won silverware?
