Next Graphics Card Drop for OCUK.. !

I'm a new customer and used the 10% discount voucher and my order is still showing as confirmed in there, although in paypal it says "authorisation in progress".
Maybe the cancellations are just on certain gpus if too many of them were ordered? I ordered an rx6800xt which I suspect probably didnt get such a surge of orders as some of the nvidia cards?

I ordered that card too. Maybe I was too late. Ordered at 6pm so probably missed the boat.

I've always wondered this
How do you refund on expired cards?
I've bought for my business and we've recently changed banks. How would you refund then?
depends on the payment provider. If the card is expired but the account is still active (debit cards usually) the payment usually goes through fine. If the account is closed but was changed using the current account switch service then, the money should get forwarded automatically. Occasionally it's not possible to process a payment, in which case we really should ask for proof of ID and then (I think) we'd process a bank transfer.

I ordered 2* 3070 with the 10% discount. My order is still showing as confirmed. Paypal payment is still showing as pending. I am assuming they will go action all the orders either way tomorrow when they get into the office. They will be in for a huge shock though and a lot of cancellations if they have to manually do each one lol.

A few years ago I changed banks after receiving crap service for years. I used the switching service and a refund I had outstanding from another company a few months later just followed into my new account. An expired card wouldn't make a difference for a refund at all.

Stationary order has re-appeared in my account page! Who knows what's going to happen next...

manged to place two orders acidently ordered a 3060 first and couldnt cancel both that and the 3070 are showing order confirmed

but have free returns on the 3060 If I need it

and everything is now showing as sold out

Now they are "temporarily sold out". My order still remains but I doubt they are making any money with the 10% off. I'll be back to buying OcUK products soon enough!

They've clearly oversold, not surprised we're seeing cancellations.
My orders are still showing as confirmed, PayPal shows as Pre-auth still so could well cancel. Got 10% off too so they're not cancelling due to that it seems.

I'll give them 2 weeks for it to go either way. It may come down to being lucky with the card you chose, and the time of ordering.

Gives us something to look forward to /moan about for a while eh
