First replacement arrived. It's worse than the original. Strangely enough, it was sent to my parents' address, not sure where they got that from as the original went to my place. At the same time, TNT attempted to deliver ANOTHER item from Google to my home address. I was out at work, so I've reorganised delivery for tomorrow.

I have a feeling they've sent two replacements. The first replacement included a new dispatch bag to return the original. I'll be putting the replacement in there and handing it back. The seals on the box were broken too.

Maybe third time lucky?
 
You can't hand the replacement back without the relevant RMA form, it has the serial number of the device on.

If you want to return the replacement you'll need a revised form from them.
 
have bought these as Christmas presents for children.

anything worth doing prior to the day?

is it best to set up all on same Google account? will they all be able to view a purchased film if share account?

Yes you can share an account however the film will not be able to be viewed at the same time on both devices.
