Had a zenith dock for s3 which does fit the nexus. However they've reversed the connection on the nexus so it only fits back to front!! So be careful if you go for a generic dock.
Gonna see if I can open up zenith to rotate connector.

Well I got one of these to tide me over.(clear one)
Wasn't expecting much from it tbh, but it actually fits really well - all the holes are in the right place plenty of room around the usb for different cables etc
It is quite clear actually so you still see the phone - I actually quite like it

I have the blue one and they are excellent for the money.
Same with me, which seller did you get it from?
They refunded me a quid as they didn't have any others to send out.

Got my "Spigen Crystal" screen protectors through and I'm happy with them. I was quite dissapointed that they only had the cut-out for the speaker, but the camera and light sensor are still working perfectly so no worries there. I also managed to get a dust/bubble free screen protector on first time, first time in my life I've ever been able to do that. It's slightly out of alignment (I'm talking 2 mm right of center) but I'm not taking it off to fix it, will never get it on as well again.

Yes the anti slip on the sides makes for a better hold, being nervous about having a brand new phone I did think the naked N5 has the impression it'd slip out of your hand easily

Yeah I agree about the grip on the sides is nice, the naked N5 is quite smooth and if you have smooth skin it can slip off your hand.
Atleast the N5 seems to be getting far more case manufactures support this year, I don't think the N4 even got anything bar a handful of screen protectors from Spigen where as this year they've released 4 different cases + their Glas.t screen protectors
I've got the Ultra Hybrid from them but I'm in two minds about this case at the moment, given that it's only like £8 sending it back to Spigen probably isn't worth my while given cost of postage.

case seems ok, the sides are made from gel and not very stiff, cut outs are in the right place (no cut outs for power button and volume rocker)
camera is protected and front has lay on the table design, for 99p i couldn't say no

No, buy a non-Nexus device for that. You can still have stock Android if you get a Google Edition of the S4 for example.
