So I went back to CPW and went to speak with a different employee. I made sure the one that said I can only buy it on contract didn't see me. They had both black and white in stock. Everything was fine, the guy started taking my details and just as I was about to pay the other guy comes over and said not to sell it to me PAYG only on contract because of the high demand. That guy happened to be the manager. Argh I was so close. Can they do this? :confused:

Thinking of selling my iphone 5 and buying this, never had a nexus is it any good? For £295 it's such a bargain. Also a little bored so just fancy changing phone for a few months lol!!

I will jump ship in September for the iPhone 6 which is when I get to upgrade, pretty sure the N5 will hold a decent value until then. Also I'm guessing the N5 is micro sim and not nano right?

Not as tinny as the N4 but certainly not great or loud either if I'm honest.

EDIT: No earphones in the box. Going to give it a try with my UE Triple Fi 10s later.

In which case tell them to stuff it up their you know where and get one elsewhere.

Thanks. I don't need the loudspeaker to be loud, serviceable is fine!

The headphone quality is important though.

Is the vibrator motor weak like the N4?
Is the speaker better than the N4?

These were the biggest gripes i had with the N4.

Whats the issue with the Notification Light? Does it have one? Is it on the Left or the Right?
