Have signed up here after coming across the thread in the run up to the release.
I got my dispatch email this morning too at 9:10, I certainly don't expect it but what are the chances of Google paying extra for Saturday delivery?

I've been wanting to sign up here for a long time but this forum used to ban disposable emails so I couldn't sign up but saw the have lifted that issue now.
I periodically check it, but not holding out much hope!

Any updates will happen in the early hours as packages get moved around the country, so if you wake up tomorrow and see some more entries from early Saturday morning then you might just possibly perhaps maybe could happen if you're lucky have a delivery. More likely we're looking at Monday at the earliest, if not Tuesday.
Do you still have the plastic on the screen
Yeah till I get a screen protector on it then I know ill get no bubbles.

Well if they send it up to the depots we should be able to go and collect, even if they don't schedule them for Sat delivery.
Not bothered either way as I have Mon off to look after my two youngest (training day), but would be ace to get it tomorrow - shiny new toy

Yup, normally notice deliveries updating in early hours, sometimes after 3-4am, so will be a quick early check in the morning.
Had no real "need" to upgrade from the N4 - been v.happy with it, but both (on release) are a lot of spec for the money. On vfone business, so should be able to go 4G soon, and have an EE 4G account (mifi) for use around leeds, so I'll be trying that out on it. Fun through next week hopefully!!
My first impressions are its better than the N4, at my work signal is dodgy at times, it def *seemed* at least to be reporting a slightly stronger signal today.
Lol get over it. Nothing is perfect. And if you say search continues then you have a few months before the next set of descent phones come out.
yeah im pretty picky, too much when it comes to phones
the G2 would be my choice if i had to choose.

Apart from Vodafone Business, EE 4G and Leeds I'm the same. I bought my N4 on release, well as close to it as I could considering Google's underestimation of demand, and I had no real need to get the N5.

GF got hers (and mine was in a working meeting, shes so thoughtful) on 6:0x shipping today hopefully get it soon. The photos so far are extremely encouraging, it might not be the best but it looks really good and a huge leap forward form the nexus 4.
