My battery has improved slightly. Not by a lot though.
I have just sideloaded it to my misses Nexus 5 and she is a battery whore so that will put it to the test :D
 
Rooted and put twrp on mine. Check on xda for guides.

Need something like xposed and gravity box but last time I heard that was only working on dalvik, lollipop is ART.

Also can anyone check this please.

'Ok Google' , 'What would you like to do ?' , 'Send Text message to whoever' , 'What's the message?' 'hello there whatever' 'do you want to send this' 'Yes' , Sending message'

Then go into messenger, I'm using the new messenger. The messages are there but have 'Message not sent, tap to retry' under them. If you tap them they send fine ? :confused:
 
Lets say I was growing impatient waiting for the OTA update.... :o

And I updated maually to Lollipop using this guide

My contacts and keep notes I belive will download from the cloud when I sign in to my google account.

My SMS I know I can back up using this. However the last time I used this app was a year ago and I dont think it was able to save the images sent to me in text messages. I've just looked at it on the play store and there is an option now to include MMS and Emoji.

Does this sound like it now has the capability to save my images within text messages and restore from a backup?

Also is this correct factory image?

And the other thing I need to know is after doing this process (including unlocking bootloader), I will still be able to recive OTA updates straight from Google?
