Gotta hate it when technolust turns into technorage!
I'm not going to get it until Wednesday now as its bank holiday, so I'll just order a cheaper one from Tesco.

what cases have you guys ordered? i've seen a decent one on an auction site for like £3.61 delivered from hong kong.

still have the mofi puch from nexus 7 v1 to use as a 2nd case

i know loads of people have had issues but my launch nexus 7 v1 was and still is perfect
Well my case from Portenzo arrived this morning. Have to say that the case is top quality and feels really sturdy.
I went for the optional camera cutout and Intellistand.
The blue is actually more a navy blue but the flash makes it look like a royal blue, I will get a pic without the flash.

MiniSuit Classic Smart Case for Google Nexus 7 FHD (2nd Gen 2013) Black
all the ones on the auction site seem to be the same ones (from asia) apart from this one, this is from america and none of the asian sellers have it, i looked in detail at a lot of the pictures, and this one you can tell from the pictures is of a better quality, sturdier and more finished article (snugger fit).
at just under £12 it is a lot more expensive than the £4 cases, but imo it is worth the little extra, the £4 case though would have been my second option as it does look very good for the money just a little loose imo from the pictures and not as sturdy.

Anyone running a custom ROM on theirs yet? Mine should be here sometime today 
Edit: just arrived, first thoughts the screen is awesome and it feels very solid and well built. Just waiting for my case and slim port adaptor to arrive now
