NFL 2015 Season

Nah was watching the Bears game. Game was called and staff came on the pitch with 30 seconds to play.

The clock will continue to run unless the play is an incomplete pass or the balls taken out of bounds. So you can run off 45 seconds (length of the play clock before you have to snap it or get a penalty) if you do any play that isn't the above. So with 30 seconds left and no timeout for Chicago if they do a play that keeps the clock running the game is essentially over

Victory formation - best formation and feeling in football and unfortunately wasn't the Bears running it :(

Hope this is a chop, the players have generated enough controversy for the NFL this season without the mascots joining in.

I would agree that this is probably his last season, but I still think Brady will be number 1 till the end of the season with Belichick look for a new QB in the off season.

It is too soon for Garoppolo (though he did look decent when he came on). Garoppolo could probably be effective if he were to become starter now, but I think the pressure and expectations involved with a team like the Patriots would hurt him in the long run.

I can't see who they could bring in on a trade?

I've always assumed that Brady would retire a Patriot but do you think he might try and eek out another year at a smaller team?

QBs have trouble letting go.

He also only signed a new contract 18 months ago (3 years still to run), admittedly he signed for less than he is worth (or was worth then) but it would still result in a chunk of dead money if he was cut.

Nice response from the whole team this week! Regis shuts down their best receiver, Gronkowski causes some chaos and some old-school offensive line muscle work smashes the Bengals. Had a feeling of inevitability about it too; momentum was with them from the start.

gutted by the rams result this week, score a few decent points, but defence didn't stack up again :(.

on the plus side, davis put another decent performance in, shame that even if he has a decent performance this season bradford will be back as a starter next season after all the money they have on him :(.

Broncos were an absolute shower today, offense simply couldn't get going, constantly giving away sloppy penalties to break momentum, narrowly scraped a win against a god awful Jets team.
