NHL 14-15 season

LETS GO PENS!!

I have had Game Center for the last 3 years (along with unblock us for blackout games that are on premiersports!) Well worth the $99. I watch at least 2 live games a week (more during playoffs!) and watch a lot of the extended highlights.

The quality of the stream is great too, better than premiersports stream.

I was hoping they would have the openers in Europe again, was that not supposed to be happening?
 
Updated the Gamecenter app on my iPad 3 yesterday which is still on IOS6, doesn't look like the app will load though and wondering if it needs 7 or above? Which means I'll have to update to 8, great :(

Divisions look to be more competative this season. Making the playoffs is going to be tough for all but a few teams I think - unless things start to even out as the season gathers momentum.

So far though, it should be very interesting.

Blues have been a bit hit and miss so far but I think they will be stronger than last year once they click more often.

LA being outplayed a lot but just seem to get those wins!!
 
5-3 against the Pens. Pretty happy with that result. Flyers have had a pretty big stumble from the block this season so far. Not really sure what to make of it all though.

Yeah that's true like they can just grind out those wins with Quick or their Defence. Guess that's why they are so well equipped to win the cup.

A lot of improve teams this season. Going to be quite tough to make the playoffs for all but the top few teams.

And come on Blues man...get that offence going. Been a very slow start but I still believe they are a better team than last season - they just need to click more and get into a rhythm.

Most improved team award going to NY Islanders so far - they were one of the worst teams last season but are looking really good this season
 
So... not watched Ice Hockey in ages (winter Olympics aside) but looking at the Gamecenter app, is it worth it for viewing from the UK? about £70 for the season I think.

There is usually a good few games per week at decent times (6pm-8pm) starts for UK viewers.
So it works out quite well.

The thing for me is that full length replays are available very quickly. Always up by 7am the next morning when I get up. So even if the game is a late one just watch it in full (add free) in the morning. Well worth it.

NFL is £100+ and there is a LOT less content there
 
Yup GCL is great, use it on the laptop, ipad and ps3 to catch all my teams games.

Only get to see a handful proper live but just watch them the following evening at a reasonable hour (and try my best to avoid finding the score out in the mean time!)
 
tempted to get GCL. is it available for PS4?
always forget to grab it at the start of the season.

We have the Kings tonight. I anticipate a stern thrashing off them despite the home advantage.

Devils/Pens will be interesting too.
 
I watched the NYR vs Wild game today in the background while at work - Wild have been so good this season but man they just compeltely broke down for 10 minutes and almost doubled their goals against tally for the season. Madness!

Was a crazy game.
