NHL 15

I bought mine from US store on my PS4 and it didn't let me get into it this morning when I tried to launch it for the first time on my EU account, almost finished redownloading it and just going to launch it on my US account. Hopefully it works fine this time.
 
It should work if you're on your US account, although I don't know much about PS4.

Basically, on Xbox One, the unlock time is tied to the store you bought it in.
 
I've managed to get it working on my EU account by just launching it on my US one then switching once the games already launched.

Time to actually play the game now :D
 
Last time I checked 7 out of 10 wasn't a 'bad review', but a decent one.

Just noticed that 15 for the 360 will have a few of the game modes, is there anything about the BAP mode starting you with a team in the minors before then going up?
 
I think 7/10 is generous.

I gave it a 6 on metacritic, which I think is about right. Everything about the gampley, and generally everything in game is brilliant. It's just the lack of game modes and crap menu UI that lets it down for me.
 
I don't mind the menu UI that much, it could be better but I don't spend that much time in it anyway.

The gameplay is fantastic and thats what will keep me playing it.
 
I am finding Pro difficulty too easy and All-star too difficult. This is rather annoying. Maybe I should just man up and play on All-star.

I've also decided that I'm the worst in the world at faceoffs.
 
Had my pre order arrive from gamestop this morning for ps4 :) Always nice to get games a day or two early. Not got a chance to play it until later but I'm looking forward to it! Really enjoyed the demo.
 
Boomerang sent me infamous First Light instead of this. Forget that was on there.
Ah well - I'm guessing due to the price of FL that's it's really short. Will knock that out over the weekend then hopefully get NHL 15.

Once I do I'll try to play with people from here etc and try everything to see if I'm going to buy a copy.
 
I'm really enjoying it. I've played a bucket load of games so far. Probaby around 80 games.

I can see why some people are getting upset about them removing a bunch of modes but none of that has had any effect on me so I'm having a lot of fun with it.
 
Played the demo, I struggle with thte 2 stick controls so used nhl 94 controls and all star difficulty and was banging the goals in. Seems as fast and fun as it ever was and 1080p and 60 fps really makes goal mouth scrambles easier. Don't know about the game mode shortage but from a pure playability viewpoint I rate it highly.
 
Is there any lag in the full game ? I had to unistall the demo as after a few games it was unplayable.
