so you are referring to one 9 months ago, you have had many, without seeing the while thread it is hard to say what the context was

most likely it had something to do with the fact that you had been warned only a few days previous about insults to other members

Ive had 2 that show on my infractions list, the 3rd is a MM infaction so does not count.

There should be one more, the most recent one but its not showing. So 3 infractions over the course of 3 years is too "many"?

Why wouldn't MM infractions count?

Suspensions/bans don't usually result in infractions as well, because you are alerted in other ways.
