same here.

As much as I love my kids, I do miss the time before they were here when I had lots of free quiet time to do my own thing.

Night time is the time I get to myself, to do my thing, even when I go cycling (which is hazardous as they turn the street lights off at midnight) or walking.

My wife doesn't get it, "why do you stay up all night" after I've had just 3 or 4 hours sleep.

I fell asleep from 8-10:30 and I'm now wide awake! Got to get up at 07:30 so will prob stay up till I feel tired then sleep for a few hours.

No alcohol at all. Perhaps that's the problem

I never sleep well in hotels TBF.
