Other Features: Four ports for classic Nintendo GameCube controllers. Two slots for Nintendo GameCube Memory Cards. An AV Multi-output port for component, composite or S-video.

is it backward compatable, as I want to buy a composite lead for my GC but wont bother if it is? (nearly £70!)

its plays GC disks and you can download games from N64, SNES, NES and a few other consoles

Red steel's official trailer is out on gamespot!

He turns his hand and the weapon goes sideways.. leans against walls by tilting near walls :O:O

Amazing!

Good graphics too imo.

Well what I've seen of the Wii.... :o .... looks fantastic, I haven't been so excited about a console since the N64.

Is Red Steel gonna be a launch day release? Cos it looks ******* awesome.

Wow.. just caught the vids up on IGN. I want one more than ever now :D Although, they kept saying there was more and more to be revealed. So far all I've noticed is the added speaker on the revmote. Anyone with sharper eyes than me.. Or maybe they meant the games in development because they're looking gooood!

you know what all this means???
It really is called the Wii lol the conspiracy theorists where wrong! lol

How many controllers does it support?? any pricing info yet??

Right.

Wow?! :D

I'm a bit 'guhhh?' after all of that. Been reading around, looking at screenies etc. Red Steel looks fantastic - both how it plays and the graphics looks fantastic too. I wouldn't say I was amazed by the graphics of other titles on show, but reading IGN's report on Metroid 3 et al, I just get so excited.

Really looking forward to it.

i missed that until i reread after posting lol

no date or price though?

Quarter 4. Less than all competitors. I can imagine you're looking at the $250 price point - perhaps £150-200 here initially. There's potential for a Gamecube launch "now £129!" bargain though.

Loads of technology involved in the Wiimote/nunchuck - the peripherals are gonna be expensive I can imagine.
