*** Nintendo Switch ***

Mine is currently in the process of being returned to Nintendo due to loose joycons, my right one was so bad it was creaking when moving.
And not sure if it was connected to that issue but my joycons even disconnected from the system when playing in hand held mode and took a few presses of the L + R buttons to connect again.

The whole return procedure has been a nightmare so far though, I'm currently awaiting a courier to collect it after not showing up on Monday.

How long after purchase did you send yours in? And was it bought direct from them?

I'm still within my 30 days so they are saying they will just send a new system...

I suggest you complain and ask for compensation I managed to get digital code of Zelda. They never fixed my issues I got exchange from game in the end thier repair team are awful.

Mario dispatched from Amazon £39.99 slight chance I could get it tomorrow !! Not too fussed if I don't though as it'll be here in time for the weekend!

So the last time I played Zelda was on a pink DS Lite I robbed off my niece when she out grew it. Recently Installed Cemu (WII U emulator) on my PC and had a sneaky play of BotW on that and was inspired enough to order a switch in time for Mario Odyssey.

Liquidated 0.08 BTC to go towards a bundle + pro controller and it arrives today :)

I've gone straight for a pro controller as being a die hard keyboard/mouse user it's hard enough adapting to an XBOX controller let alone the pokey Joy Con's.

Pro controller is very much worth the money, couldn't see myself using the joy cons for extended amounts of time, small joysticks/buttons. I've never used my Switch handheld though.

There's a minor software update out btw, 4.0.1, reverts the HDMI code back to before 4.0.0, hoping it fixes the wake from sleep mode black screen issue I've been having since updating to 4.0.0.

Ah I have had that happen twice in the past week, its the first problem I had ever had with my switch so would be good if its a simple fix.

Mine has black screened for a while even before 4.0. Probably only 4 times since launch though. A complete power down sorts it.

+1 for the pro controller as well. Love it.

Well I ended up taking mine back to Argos, my left joycon was way too loose imo, felt uncomfortable playing in handheld mode, good news is I manged to secure myself Red Mario Odyssey bundle with a free case, I'm also going to by a pro controller when I pick it up so that I can just leave the joy cons on the switch and hopefully that way they don't loosen up.
