Same as you Danny, picked up that deal. I ordered the Orzley screen protector and Argos have the official/licence carry case for £7.50 (down from £15), also used the £5 off voucher that’s doing the rounds for Argos and ordered Splatoon 2 for £40.

Ha yeah I saw the Argos code on hukd and now Argos have just started sending £5 off codes so stacked it and picked up Mario Kart for £38 and Zelda for £40 which seems to be cheapest at moment.

Just reading up on controller's as I expect to play a fair bit on the tv at home but the pro one is £50 - £60 which seems steep! Wondering if the Hori wired one is a decent cheaper alternative.

It isn't. Reviews say it feels like it's a cheap knock off of the pro controller. Which is exactly what it is :p

The official pro controller price annoyance goes out of the window as soon as you start using it. It's superb.

When's the reviews out for xenoblades anyone know? Hovering over the pre order button on it and the pro controller , if the reviews say it's not good then I'll consider Skyrim instead :)

Im in the same boat want an RPG but played a lot of Skyrim on the PS3 on release.

However I have pre ordered Xenoblade with Simplygames since they delivered Mario 2 days early.

If reviews are crap ill return it and grab Skyrim.

Apparently the biggest selling console during black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday.

I feel it's a confidence factor as well. I only bought one when it was confirmed it wouldn't be going anywhere soon.

So next Friday (on Dec 7th) we should get information on some upcoming games. Inc BOTW DLC 2 and possibly some unheard of titles being announced as well.

*excited*

Ordered the collectors edition of XC2 - which is now OOS on Amazon - for £78.00. Somewhat steep but I've heard rave reviews of the other Xenoblade games and this will be my first outing, and as I tend to sell on my games, hopefully this one will hold it's value.

I am a big fan of video game music, especially that of the RPG era, so I didn't want to miss out on getting and burning the CD.

Anyone know if I buy a physical copy of Revelations will I have to setup a Japanese or American account to get Revelations 2 or will I be able to download it to my regular account?

Not entirely sure but if you import the physical game then probably yes. Not 100% sure how it works though.

I am going to get Rev 1 digital and play through it and then get Rev 2 later on (assuming I liked the first one enough).

Just remembered the other half has a 3DS she never plays, should I play Xenoblade on that first before 2 on the switch?
