*** Nintendo Switch ***

The thing that's bugging me the most is VGS (voice commands). For some bizarre reason, Hi-Rez have completely rearranged the commands for the Switch. As someone who has played this and Smite a lot on Xbox and PS4, it's confusing.

Other than that and the UI scaling, it's a pretty good port. Just need to unlock some of my regular champions now as the free roster contains nobody I play regularly. Also it's kinda annoying at the moment. One moment you're on a team of people that knows what to do and the game is over really quickly because the other team doesn't. The next game, you're on that other team. A lot of new people, I guess.

It's very easy to carry a team at the moment though.

As Rukus, sure. As Fernando, it's a bit more challenging. Terminus might be my first unlock. Not my favourite character, but should be an amusing one to play right now. Or my PS4 main, Khan.

Shouldn't take long to get 60k credits.

I am debating to use my Switch for the commute as I tend to read or watch Netflix. With the Switch I'm very tempted to take it with me to work as mine has been rather neglected!

With mobile gaming, I just never really got on with touch screens when playing certain games.

I just fired up Paladins as I enjoy the PC version, the only thing that held me back is because I am usually rubbish using joypads for shooters. I needn't have worried, it's really rather good. Still have to pinch myself that you can play games such as Skyrim on the go. Incredible.

Yeah, I have it on WiiU and it's a great game. For that price and the extra features on Switch I thinks its an absolute steal.
You also get 250 gold points to claim on your Nintendo account which adds to the deal.

Anyone tried "Go Vacation"? I had a mailshot about it from Nintendo and tbh I like games like that (Wii Sports/Resort etc). Keen to find out what it's like.

Ended up buying Crash trilogy today. Looks great but really frustrating, don't remember them being that difficult.

They have changed a few things about it which apparently make it harder. The jump isn't quite so floaty and the hit box is smaller so you can fall off things easier and a few other things I seem to remember.
