Sod DF. This is better :)

Actual off screen footage of it being played. It looks fantastic :)

Really impressive, shows how well the switch can hold up but more so how well this games engine scales. It runs well on pretty much any pc :D

I haven't played a lot of it and would get it for switch but depends how it's priced. It can often be picked up for between £5-10 on PC and even the other consoles :(

Yeah Doom is coming along quite nicely, some more good off-screen footage here:

It's been at the top of my Steam wishlist for ages, I think i'd rather have it on PC of for the 60fps and KB&M controls as it's quite a fast paced game, but the Switch version should be great for those who play in handheld often and/or don't have other platforms to play it on.

Never took any notice of Steamworld Dig, had heard of the name but never looked into it, was looking for something new on the Switch so watched some reviews, purchased and haven't been able to put it down the past two hours.....

I've got my son a Switch for his Birthday tomorrow with Mario 8 DX and Pokken Tournament DX.
I'm looking forward to playing Mario Kart again - it's been 22 years since I played it last on the SNES.

Basically been excited for the prospect of a good FPS on a handheld since the Vita was announced and they said it has dual sticks. Totally let us down and never got anything to play so this is finally that step forward we need.

Splatoon controls far better than any dual stick solution.

How did you manage to finish Overcooked? We're at the stage where the four of us end up in full blown fist fights before we could hope to progress onto the next level.

Haha, this is with 2 people. Playing it with 4, we haven't quite managed to achieve it yet, although we did have a rule that every time we failed a level we had to take a shot of vodka. Things got messy quite quickly ;)

Better than our rule of every time we fail we all need to have a 15 minute argument :p

I bought Sonic mania last night. Didn't actually read any reviews or look into it. I just thought it was all the old sonic games playable on the switch, didn't realise it's a pimped up version of the original. Best £15 spent, considering the Sega mega drive was a massive part of my childhood :D

It's not, but it is the best sonic game since S3&K. It gets better the further in you get too.

Had a quick half an hour with SD2 at lunch time. Liking it so far. Got past the first mini boss thing. Looks really nice. £14.99 or less for digital is the sweet spot for me. I am OK impulse buying at that price.

Picked up Thimbleweed Park last night - really enjoying it, although only a short way in. What I need is a stand that I can use in bed, with the joycons attached to the holder thing.
